Empowering Egyptian VET Trainers: A Transformative Training Experience in the Netherlands

Throwback to an inspiring milestone — the recent visit of Ghabbour Foundation’s VET trainers to Ede, Netherlands marks a significant step forward in enhancing vocational education and training in Egypt.

Hosted by Technova College, a renowned Dutch institution recognized for its strong focus on practical, future-oriented technical education, the training program provided participants with a rich blend of theory and hands-on learning. Technova College is part of ROC A12 and is known for its state-of-the-art facilities, innovative teaching approaches, and deep industry connections, particularly in the fields of automotive technology, engineering, and ICT.

The program covered a wide range of topics tailored to today’s rapidly evolving labor market, including:

  • Cutting-edge automotive technologies

  • E-mobility and sustainable transport solutions

  • Programming and robotics

  • Digital skills development for modern classrooms

Beyond technical training, the program emphasized intercultural exchange and professional development. The Egyptian trainers had the opportunity to work closely with Dutch instructors, observe best practices in training centers, and engage in collaborative sessions that fostered mutual learning and cultural understanding. We are proud of our trainers’ achievements and look forward to seeing the impact of this experience in classrooms across Egypt.
